At Ixorafin S.A.S. (“Ixorafin”, “we”) we take the privacy of users visiting ixorafin.com and registering on our platform very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose and what your rights are, in compliance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Argentina and complementary regulation.
1. Data controller
Ixorafin S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789456-3, with registered address at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1750, 4th floor, Puerto Madero, C1107AFJ, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through ixorafin.com and the forms available on it.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) identification data such as first and last name; (b) contact data such as email and, optionally, phone; (c) browsing data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and session duration; (d) data voluntarily provided when you subscribe to the newsletter or request information about projects.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: send you information about new real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina, contact you about your enquiries, manage your newsletter subscription, improve the website and comply with legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent given when filling out our forms, on the performance of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship and on the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to Ixorafin as a Crowdfunding Platform.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your relationship with Ixorafin is active and, afterwards, for the mandatory legal periods for accounting, tax and regulatory record-keeping. When data is no longer needed, we securely erase or anonymise it.
6. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting as data processors under contract. International transfers will be made to countries with an adequate level of protection or under safeguard clauses recognised by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
7. Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, erasure and objection regarding your data by writing to privacy@ixorafin.com. You also have the right to file complaints with the AAIP (https://www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or unlawful processing, in line with the standards in force in 2026 for digital financial platforms in Argentina.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements to our services. We will always publish the current version with its update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
